1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how VertrAI collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our websites, sign in, activate agents, subscribe to paid plans, use invite codes, or interact with our hosted agent services.

2. Information we collect

We may collect account information such as name, email address, profile image, authentication identifiers, organization details, invite-code usage, agent configuration, subscription status, and support requests. We also collect technical information such as IP address, device and browser details, logs, page activity, error reports, security events, and approximate location derived from network data.

3. Agent interaction data

When you use an agent, we may process prompts, instructions, uploaded or connected content, generated drafts, messages, status records, browser or integration metadata, and operational logs needed to provide, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the Service. You should avoid submitting highly sensitive information unless it is necessary and VertrAI has provided a suitable secure workflow.

4. Payments and billing data

Stripe processes payment details. VertrAI does not store full card numbers or CVC values. We may receive and store Stripe customer identifiers, checkout session identifiers, subscription identifiers, billing status, invoice status, tax status, payment failure notices, refund status, and dispute status so we can activate agents, manage subscriptions, provide support, and maintain records.

5. X Agent and remote browser data

X Agent may use third-party remote browser infrastructure to perform account operations requested by you. In that environment, browser state such as cookies, local storage, session data, login status, page content, and interaction metadata may be processed by the remote browser provider according to its own terms and privacy practices. VertrAI does not ask for or store your X password in ordinary agent conversations.

6. How we use information

We use information to create and authenticate accounts, provision agents, process subscriptions, redeem invite codes, deliver agent functionality, communicate with you, provide support, detect abuse, secure the Service, debug incidents, improve reliability, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our terms.

7. How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Service, including payment processors, authentication providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, support tools, messaging platforms, AI infrastructure providers, and remote browser providers. We may also share information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, complete business transactions, or with your direction. We do not sell personal data.

8. Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, improve security, and maintain operational records. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the reason it is processed.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and you are responsible for protecting your account credentials and connected third-party accounts.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing. You may also cancel subscriptions through the Stripe Customer Portal. To make a privacy request, contact us using the email below.

11. International processing

VertrAI is based in Singapore and may process information in Singapore, the United States, and other countries where our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws different from those in your location.
